After a regional merger, Riverside Health needed a unified brand identity that honored two legacy organizations while launching a confident new chapter. We delivered a full brand system and led the digital rollout across their web presence.

Health system mergers create complex branding challenges — patients have loyalties to legacy organizations, and staff need to feel ownership of the new identity. We facilitated a stakeholder engagement process, developed a brand strategy that acknowledged both legacy organizations, and created a new visual identity system applied across signage, digital, print, and internal communications. The web rollout included a redesigned homepage and updated digital brand standards.
